  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another once it has shipped.

  • All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, you’ll be notified and fully refunded.
  • We do not guarantee the availability of limited-edition or high-demand items until the order is confirmed and shipped.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure methods.
  • All payments must be made in full before order processing begins.
  • For your safety, we may request additional verification on flagged orders.

📦 Shipping

  • We offer standard and express shipping options. Delivery times vary by location.
  • Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in the hands of the shipping carrier (insurance of your package can be provided at an additional cost).

🔄 Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for store credit, unless stated otherwise (e.g., limited-edition releases may be final sale).
  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

🚫 Fraud Prevention

  • All orders are subject to verification. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear suspicious or violate our terms.
  • Multiple purchases of the same item or size during limited releases may be flagged.
